Privacy Policy for Untangle Flow

2. Information stored on your device
Untangle Flow does not require an account. Game progress, level completion, scores, streaks, rewards, tool inventory, preferences and similar game state are stored locally on your device. Easeward Studio does not operate a cloud account or game-profile service for Untangle Flow.
Android may include app data in device or cloud backups depending on your device, Android version and backup settings.
3. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Untangle Flow uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- user interactions, such as app launches, taps and ad/video interactions;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID or app-scoped identifiers where available.
This information may be used by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is transmitted using encrypted connections.

4. Consent and privacy choices
Untangle Flow uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising consent where required. In regions covered by applicable European privacy rules, including the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, you may be offered choices such as consent, do not consent, and manage options.
Depending on your choices and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized/limited. When Google indicates that privacy options must remain available, Untangle Flow provides a way to reopen those choices from the app.
5. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional. You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as an additional hint, undo, bonus reward or similar game item. If you do not choose to watch a rewarded ad, you can continue using the game without that optional reward.
6. Analytics
Easeward Studio does not currently use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, an attribution SDK, or a separate third-party gameplay analytics service in Untangle Flow. Advertising-related measurement performed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is described above.
7. Data we receive directly
Easeward Studio does not receive your local game progress, puzzle moves, scores or inventory from the app. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message and any attachments.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared through Android settings, reset by an in-app feature where available, or removed by uninstalling the app, subject to Android backup and restore behavior. Data processed by Google or its advertising partners is retained according to their own policies and legal obligations.
9. Children's privacy
Untangle Flow is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account or directly submit personal information to Easeward Studio. Advertising configuration and store age/target-audience settings will be maintained in accordance with applicable Google Play and advertising requirements.
10. Security
Game progress is primarily stored locally. Network communication related to advertising and consent is handled through the relevant Google SDKs using secure transport. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. For advertising consent choices, use the privacy options available in the app when shown. For personal data you have sent directly to Easeward Studio, contact us at easeward.studio@gmail.com.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Untangle Flow's features, advertising setup or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
